Does 925 silver tarnish?

Yes, and it is normal. Silver reacts with humidity and air, developing a dark layer over time. This is not a defect or a sign of poor quality — it is a natural chemical reaction of real silver. It comes off in seconds with a silver polishing cloth. Frequently worn pieces tarnish less than those stored in a drawer.

Does 925 silver cause allergies?

925 sterling silver is well-tolerated by most sensitive skin types, including those who react to costume jewelry. It is composed of 92.5% pure silver; the remaining 7.5% is the alloy that gives the piece its durability.

Can I have a message engraved?

Yes. Personalized engraving costs €10 and allows up to 10 characters — a name, a date, two initials.

How do I know the ring size if it's a surprise?

How long does it take to arrive?

In mainland Portugal, up to 72 business hours, with free shipping. For the rest of Europe, shipping is free on orders over €100. To receive your gift by Christmas in Portugal, the safest option is to order by December 19th.

Do you ship outside of Portugal?

Yes, throughout the European Union and Switzerland. Spain has a flat shipping rate of €5.
