This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use at www.mohyasignature.com, for what purpose, for how long, and how you can accept, refuse, or change your preferences at any time. It complements our Privacy Policy.

3.1. Strictly necessary

Essential for the website's operation. They do not require consent, as they are indispensable for providing the service you request.

• Session and shopping cart — keep items in the cart and link your browsing to the correct session. Provider: Shopify. Duration: from session up to 2 weeks.
• Authentication and customer area — keep the session logged in. Provider: Shopify. Duration: up to 30 days.
• Security and fraud prevention — protect checkout and detect anomalous activity. Provider: Shopify. Duration: up to 1 year.
• Cookie preference recording — remembers the choices you made on the banner, so we don't ask you again. Duration: up to 1 year.
• Language, country, and currency — display the store in the language and currency you selected. Duration: up to 1 year.

3.2. Functional

Improve the experience but are not essential. They are only installed with your consent.

• Customer support via WhatsApp — allows opening and maintaining the support conversation. Duration: up to 1 year.
• MÖHYA Club loyalty program — identifies your points balance and benefits. Duration: up to 1 year.
• Customer reviews — allows displaying and submitting reviews of items. Duration: up to 1 year.
• Item customization — saves engraving options and selected measurements. Duration: from session up to 30 days.

3.3. Analytical and performance

Help us understand how the site is used, in an aggregated manner, to improve it. They are only installed with your consent.

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — measure visits, page views, traffic source, and site performance. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Duration: from session up to 2 years.
• Behavioral and session analysis — heatmaps and aggregated browsing recordings, to identify usability difficulties. Duration: up to 1 year.
• Shopify platform analytics — internal store usage statistics. Duration: up to 2 years.

3.4. Advertising and marketing

Allow displaying relevant communications and measuring campaign effectiveness, including on third-party platforms. They are only installed with your consent.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — measures conversions and allows displaying communications to similar audiences or those who visited the store. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Duration: up to 3 months.
• Google Ads and remarketing — associates visits with campaigns and avoids ad repetition. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Duration: up to 2 years.
• Email campaign attribution — associates the visit with the communication that originated it. Duration: up to 1 year.

4. How to manage your consent

On the first visit, a banner is displayed where you can accept, refuse, or customize the use of non-essential cookies. Refusing does not prevent browsing or purchasing.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time, with the same ease with which you granted it, through the cookie settings available in the website footer. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until that moment.

5. Browser configuration

You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may compromise essential functionalities, namely the cart and checkout.
