Terms and Conditions – MÖHYA Subscription

1. General Information

MÖHYA Signature is an online store based in Portugal, dedicated to the sale of jewelry. By placing an order through our website, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Availability

All products shown in our store are subject to stock availability. In the event of a stock shortage, we will contact the customer as soon as possible, offering an alternative or a refund of the amount paid.

3. Orders and Payments

Customers can place orders directly on our website. After completing their purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.

Available payment methods will be indicated during the checkout process. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. The average delivery time is approximately 72 hours (business days), except in exceptional situations such as stock shortages, strikes, holidays, or delays on the part of the carrier.

5. Return Policy

  • Customers can return items within 14 days without needing to provide a reason (the "cooling-off period").

6. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, sending photos of the product and packaging. We will review each situation individually and may offer a replacement or partial refund, as appropriate.

10. In your pieces you will find one or two brands:

  • The brand of responsibility or manufacturing ;
  • The brand of Contrast (recognized by the Portuguese State and the International Association of Assay Offices).

EXCEPTIONS - silver pieces weighing 2 grams or less and gold pieces weighing 0.5 g or less They are not required to have the assay office mark, only the manufacturer's mark.

To easily identify the marks or punches on your piece, you can use a magnifying glass.
