Method 1 — Measure a Ring You Already Own
Measure using a ring that you already own and that fits you comfortably.
Important note: always consider the inside measurement of the ring .
Place the ring on a ruler and measure the distance from one side to the other — this value corresponds to the inner diameter in millimeters .
Method 2 — Measure Your Finger
If you don't have a ring to use as a reference, you can measure your finger:
- Use a sewing thread around your finger.
- Mark with a pen the point where the line overlaps.
- Measure the line with a ruler.
The value obtained corresponds to the finger circumference (mm) .

Important Tips Before Measuring Your Finger
- Measure your finger at the end of the day.
- Avoid measuring when you are cold (your finger will shrink).
